[WriteLog] Now WL Won't Swap Radios

ARRGGGHHH...I did not mess with anything other than the message shortcuts, 
but now WL will not swap between Radio 1 and Radio 2 with the up/down arrow 
keys.

I have rig control to both radios with frequencies appearing correctly, etc.

What on earth is going on here?  I've look all for for a swap-radio command 
but am coming up emtpy handed.
