Well, it is the same exact 10.52f installation, same configuration, all
installed from same CDR.
It just didn't propogate all of it's entries to the rest of the network.
I'm ending up using it's log as the master.

I am guessing that this machine has a different version of the contest
module than the others, or it thinks it is in a different location or
