Hi Phil,
You don't download the Super Check Partial files per se, rather you
download the entire set of four "Master" files then select which one you
want the Super Check Partial feature of Writelog to use. Which version of
WL are you running? Starting with V10.46 and later, Writelog has a web
download feature built right into the program. Get an internet connection
going then startup Writelog and just click on File/Web Update Data Files.
A download menu box will pop up and when you click the Download button a
list of available file downloads from the Writelog site will appear. Click
on the ones you don't want to deselect them and click on OK. The updated
files will download directly into the Writelog/Program directory and that's
it!
To download the files from the K5ZD web site you must have an unzipping
program to extract them after they are downloaded. I use WinZip which can
be found for free on the web. Click on the scp.VER20050517.zip file, which
contains all four master files, and save the file into the Writelog/Programs
directory. After downloading, run WinZip on the zipped file and Extract all
the files into the Writelog/Programs directory. That should do it.
When you next run a Writelog contest, go to Setup/Super Check Partial... and
check the path in the Dta file name box. Use the Browse button if necessary
to point to the correct master file for the particular contest you're

this great resource.
