[WriteLog] 10.54C Problem with Multi Keyer

Just tried CW today using new 10.54C update.  Send a CW message and hit esc 
or pgup or pgdwn a relay in the Multi Keyer clicks and it stops sending.  
Have to power the keyer off and on to make it work again.

Running XP, keyer is connected to a real serial port - this all worked 
before 10.54
