[WriteLog] K1EL WinKey Initialization

Where/how does Writelog send initialization data to the K1EL WinKey?

Why I ask:  I need to change the WinKey setup sequence. The default is 
the wrong keyer emulation for my fist. I need to switch to Iambic B with 
PaddleDog (whatever that is), the parameters that give me good keying 
when I use the WinKey test program.
