[WriteLog] Simple problem

How do you modify the INI file to have writelog use the 2nd  soundcard?  I 
did it before and had it working. I upgraded to XP and wiped  most of the 
programs out to the point of reloading and cant find or remember how  to change 
the 
ini file.
