[WriteLog] SO2R MMTTY on one Sound Card

I put Writelog onto an XP desktop today. I am now able to decode
two RTTY streams on one stereo soundcard, with two instances of
MMTTY running. Apparently, two sound cards are not required under
Windows XP, as was the case in Windows 98. FSK transmit works fb
too, using two com ports.

In my case, I'm just using the sound chips on the motherboard.
The MMTTY waterfall and xy scope displays look nice and clean.

Thanks to W6IHG for pointing out the feasibility of this approach,
using Windows XP.
