[WriteLog] HAL P-38 transmit text incomplete

Hi gang,

I am running WL 10.52 with a HAL P-38 and MMTTY (clone receive).

The P-38 is transmitting fine but the text displayed in transmit mode displays 
incomplete characters. The characters are not fully formed and not readable. 
Received text is fine.

This is also the case with prior WL versions and a different computer. The 
current computer is Pentium II 400mhz, Win98se, 160meg RAM.

Any ideas?
