[WriteLog] Dupe checked/not worked in Bandmap

What entry in the INI is needed to force a call that has been dupe 
checked, but not worked onto the band map? I know WL used to do this, 
using different colors to depict unworked muilt, unworked Q, etc.. Tnx.
