[WriteLog] NAQP "Name" buffer

Hi gang,

Just setting up a laptop that will be networked to another eventually for NAQP 
RTTY multi-2.

I am trying to find a buffer variable so that the correct operator name will be 
sent as part of the required exchange.

What am I missing?
