[WriteLog] Problem with PTT from Keyboard in SSB-mode

The key to getting PTT from kb in SSB is for the rig to accept rig control of 
the PTT function.
WL has the instruction set for this function but the rig needs to be able to 
accept it.
I just finished the VHF contest using SO2R and keyed entirely from the 
keyboard.  I loved it.
