Here is the list of changes:

21 November 2004 (CTY-1403)

    * Added K4IE in Kentucky (CQ Zone 4) to callsign list for United
      States, K
    * Added W4NTI in Alabama (CQ Zone 4) to callsign list for United
      States, K
    * Added VK0DX in CQ Zone 29 to callsign list for Antarctica, CE9
    * VK9AA is Cocos-Keeling, VK9C, not Lord Howe, VK9L
    * Added VY0AA in Saskatchewan (CQ Zone 4) to callsign list for
      Canada, VE
    * Removed W6PH in CQ Zone 5 from callsign list for United States, K
