Make sure you have the "WRITELOG.ini" file correct for LPT port keying. The
"init" file needs to include the following. I played with this for weeks and
finally got it to work with WRITELOG, not sure what my problem was but it is
now working.

Subject: [WriteLog] LPT Port CW with Writelog and WINXP SP2?
Hello!
I'm trying to get WriteLog working for CW keying via the LPT Port under
WINXP SP2.
As instructed I installed USERPORT and still no LPT port appears enabled in
Writelog.
I also tried the "fix" and run UserPort.exe STOP/UPDATE/START/EXIT after a
reboot.
Are there other tricks to get it working?
Or does SP2 inhibit the use of USERPORT?
