I had the same problem when I had WriteLog 10.48 installed on my D:\ drive
instead of the C:\ drive.
I just uninstalled WriteLog and reinstalled on the C:\ drive and then the
upgrade ran fine. I sent e-mail directly to the WriteLog folks, so perhaps
they'll fix their installer in an upcoming release.
