[WriteLog] WriteLog configuration

How do I set up WriteLog for use on a new computer? I am trying to use the 
printer port but don't get any results.Will I have to use a serial cable(Port) 
?? 
My "Old Program" works OK the way it's setup now. Help cause "CWSS" is almost 
here.
