[WriteLog] PTT held after end of wav file

Just trying to set up for IOTA phone.  Have constructed wav files but find
that when a wav file is ended WL continues to hold PTT asserted.  Even
pressing escape will not cause PTT to be released.  However, a press and
release of the footswitch does.  I'm using a Multi-keyer and 10.47E.

Any ideas what might be causing this. I don't seem to have seen this before.
