[WriteLog] Submitting To ANARTS

Used WL in ANARTS RTTY and was 1st time
using it in a contest for me.  It was easy to operate
after using WF1B RTTY, lovingly, for so long.

Anyway, I'm still within time bounds for submitting
scores.  What shall I do to create one of the new
"standard" file formats for submission?

What do I do to submit my logs for ANARTS and
in general?

May find time for NAQP RTTY this weekend, hopefully.
