[RTTY] Spotting in NAQP

Ok, now I'm confused about whether I can look at and use spots as a
single op, or not.  Unless I get unconfused to the contrary, I'll not
use them.

But, assuming I can't use them, but want to put them out, for my
friends at the multi-op, how do I cause Writelog to refrain from
entering incoming spots in the band map?
