Marc,

Highlight all the QSO's in Writelog.  Double click on the first QSO in the
Time field.  A box will come up to change the time.  Correct the time to
what you want.  Click OK.  Writelog will ask if you want to apply the same
offset to all QSO's.  Click Yes.
