[WriteLog] Cabrillo for ARRL Field Day

I am using WL 10.44 B.  I just found out the menu to create a cabrillo field
is greyed out on this version.  I checked the version histories for the
subsequent versions and did not see Field Day cabrillo mentioned.  What do I
need to do to create this cabrillo file?
