[WriteLog] FKey Laptop Help for FD

I'm trying to get an IBM ThinkPad ready for FD and I need help. The F
Keys won't send the messages. The F Keys work on DX4Win and the laptop
by itself, F1 for Help, etc.
I can right click in the RTTYRite window and get a drop-down window that
lets me click 'Send F3 or F4' which sends the message. Do I need to set
something in the .ini?
