[WriteLog] Callsign recognition WL10.47E

Hi Wayne and all,

as before I noted many instances when properly received callsigns
" DE CALL" were NOT highlighted. Main RTTYRITE window connected
to SCS-PTC-II, clone window with MMTTY 1.65. Sometimes the calls
were highlighted in the clone window but not in the main window.
Sometimes the other way round, sometimes not at all.
