VE1OP mentioned that VA3DX was not scored for points. I checked the
RSGB site for valid commonwealth call prefixes and VA* is not listed on
the online list:

So either the list is wrong.... or I can't read right.

The list refers to "call areas", not prefixes, so it's the *name* of the
geographical entity that counts. For example, VA3DX and VE3EJ are both
in Ontario, and the call area of "Ontario" is the counter for the
contest..
