I know this sounds silly but have you unloaded Hotsync for your Palm Pilot
?? cause if you haven't it is hogging you com port

I upgraded to new XP machine. I installed a full 10.45 version and com 1
was working controlling my FT1000MP. Now I've lost Com1, port won't
open. I know the port works as I tried my Palm pilot on hotsync. Same
story with the .46G upgrade.
Any ideas on what I am missing?
