[WriteLog] Module available for Makrothen RTTY Contest

Hi all,

I didn't see any notification that the module was ready for the Makrothen
RTTY contest, but I can tell you that it is avaliable from the Writelog
site.

It seems to load fine, and appears to work OK here.
