I had the same problem...here is what worked for me.
Go to Search and locate the file REGSVR32.DLL. In my computer it is
located in C:\windows\system. Copy REGSVR32.DLL to your writelog
programs file. C:\ham\programs.
Then go to RUN..Type C:\HAM\PROGRAMS\REGSVR32 CROCW.DLL
That should work.
