Sounds like a bug in Writelog. All Asiatic Russians should default to Zone
17 unless otherwise noted.
UX9SX defaulted to Z 16, though he said he's in 17, and I confirmed
17 with him, just to be sure.
He's confused. UX9 is Ukraine, Zone 16.
