[RTTY] W7TI is no more

Having decided to spend my remaining years in California, the time has
come to retire my beloved two-letter call.

Since my initials were available in a six-land call, I applied for and
received W6WRT.  Anyone who would like W7TI can get it on November 12,
2005.  Treat it well.  :-)
