There *is* still a way to get into trouble. You have a marginal QSO, both
stations upload their contest logs and you don't have a match. Do you remove
the QSO from your log before the log checkers find it (and thus avoid the
penalty)?
I still think it's the "right thing to do" to wait until after the contest
deadline before uploading contest logs. You can see a summary of other's
