[WriteLog] WAEDC Cabrillo Patch - Win XP Home

Hi All,

Some have reported that the cabrillo Patch does not work for Win XP Home. I
found that for some reason my system would not replace the existing DLL. I
renamed the existing DLL and then was able to copy the new DLL into the
Programme Folder. The Cabrillo conversion now works fine.
