This is what I did to correct this. I logged NL7AU/4 as
NL7AU/W4..this will keep scoring correct. Before log
submission, edit submission file to read sent call of
NL7AU/4.

scores NL7AU/4 as KL Alaska (and YES I did convert it).
wl_cty.dat shows NL7AU under "W". What to do?
I know it doesn't matter for Cabrillo.
