Vern, I'm fairly new to WriteLog, but here's what works:
Download wl_cty.dat to your ham\programs folder and
let it overwrite the current wl_cty.dat
Then, hit the Start button, go to your WriteLog program
area, and use "Convert CTY to WriteLog".
This is what worked for me anyway. I tested it and 9Q1AA
comes up as "Republic of Congo".
