(and it has been a problem ever since WL supported Cabrillo--a bit surprising it has gone unnoticed this long). The problem is a table internal to WL that says the bottom edge of the band is 3.4GHz (instead of 3.3GHz). Another fix is to change the WL entry to 3.4GHz. The next update of WL will fix this.
