[WriteLog] CT compatibility

Well, I hate to embarrass myself, but 

Am trying to make the F keys compatible with CT. Have added in
(configuration)

CtCompatibleAccel=YES

Have the CQ message in F11. The little message to the right is now
black instead of greyed out. (F1=F11 or something like that)

Now, pressing F1 brings up the WL Help file. 

Just can't find anymore info in the help files. Using 10.38. Anybody
who uses WL like this, may I please have a copy of your .ini file? Or
at least a reference to a good funny farm.
