[WriteLog] WL & 706

Hi,

Setting up the 706 and WL for CW at FD. Using com1

Problem - Only get a string of dahs and dits when I key a buffer, but it is
keying the rig.
Using the same ports setup that I have on the FT1000D and works OK there.
All the specs in device manager and writelog.ini match up.
I've tried the "n" and "r" setting for CW on the 706.

Thanks in advance for some the things to check out.
