[WriteLog] PTT timing

Built new interface for cw and push-to-talk [PTT] using 4N33s.  CW works 
great.  The PTT function seems to slow to react.  Sending "CQ TEST DE ......" 
it 
pulls the FT-1000MP into transmit during the "TEST" and hold it until after the 
message is complete.  Tried changing settings without luck.  What now??
