An new user to WL needs to build a cable interfacing the 706MKIIG to the
computer for RIG CONTROL. Can someone provide the specific pinouts for the
rig (remote jack or accy socket - whichever is applicable). Also needed, is
a basic interface that can be built. On the Kenwood TS-850S we accomplished
this with a 470ohm resistor and a 5v Zener. Is there anyone using a similar
simple circuit on the 706MKIIG? We would like to get this built by tommorow
and ready for the contest! Please help! Thanks and 73,Alan
