[WriteLog] DX CW contest

I read and printed the rules for this weekends CW contest and see no single op 
time limit.  Can a single op work the full 48 hours?  Not that I will but the 
last 2 48 hour contests had a 30 hour limit for single op.

WL contest timer.  When does the timer start?  If I start to set it up and test 
my log today will it mess up the timer?
