[WriteLog] AFSK Offset when sending/receiving spots

I'm not sure why this is such a big deal.
I use FSK but....
If a spot comes in for 14.082.1 and I don't hear anything
it really isn't difficult for me to tune down/up and look
for the station.
It's no biggee. I have the technology.
