Hi Jim,
I am using the rtty jack in the back for fsk. I have the mode set to RTTY
on the front and the RTTY and LSB leds are lit. I changed the jumper on the
P38 board to open collector and have polarity set at normal on both the
board and FT1KMP. The ALC with full output is just within the normal range,
but when I try to reduce the power down to 50 watts, the alc climbs.
According to the manual, you are supposed to be able to control the alc with
the mic control.
I have a rigblaster in the shack and may try that instead. The only thing
is I don't think I can use my narrow filters in lsb.
