Hi all,

In WAEDC RTTY this weekend, I saw a spot for me, but it showed that I had
sent it!

At the time, I was busy with a pile-up on 40m, and was logging stations at a
very high rate, so wouldn't have had time to spot myself in any case!
I am of the opinion that that is bad practice, and would not intentionally
do it.

So, my question is: Is there a way of sending a packet spot WITHOUT using
Alt-F3?
Could I have hit a combination of Alt-something, or Ctrl-something?

I could well have hit something else, although the rate at which I was
logging Q's meant it would have had to have halted the progress of that, and
I was not aware of anything like that.

Oddly, the spot came out as 70322.0 (note the position of the decimal
point!) when I was on 7032.25, and it showed as me sending the spot!

I have to say that it didn't help at all, as the pile was enormous as it
was!

 Any thoughts?????????
