Thanks John. Actually a few minutes ago I discovered this and ran it but no
dice. I then reinstalled Writelog and then ran the update for wl_cty.dat
again and everything is okay. Something must have been trashed and the
reinstalled replaced the offending file.

You didn't use the correct file. There is a special file for WriteLog on
the k1ea site - It's named wl_cty.dat already, and has additional
information over what is in the cty.dat file used for CT. Hope this helps.
