I believe starting UDPsend then starting WL is reliable. I have then
either started DXTelnet (which seems to find UDPsend) or started WL
(which also seems to find UDPsend). Sometimes I have had to re-check
the packet window on WL to get the spots flowing into WL from UDPsend.
