Yes, the PAQP score is 10x what it should be.  This is done because the PAQP
is the only contest in the world (that I know of) that has .5 QSO points!
:)

So WL multiplies all of the score by 10x instead of having a decimal point
in the score.

Don't worry, you are not alone.  This is an annual question.
