I decided to go with Writelog even with a Windows 2000 machine already in place. Figured, worst case, I could use a Win98 machine if I absolutely had to. The problem I'm facing is an obvious one, no LPT ports for CW. The Writelog website lists a workaround at Direct-IO.com, but I haven't been able to get into that site. Is anyone else aware of a workaround for CW keying on Win 2000 with Writelog? Can I safely assume that I won't have any problems (related solely to Windows 2000) with using my soundcard as a voice keyer? Thanks in advance! 73, Joe KQ3F |
