[WriteLog] TUNE command suggestions

My radio has a "tune" button and I use a "Y" cable to connect a keyer in
parallel with the computer interface.
I have designed and built a lot of Financial service industry software, many
times KISS is better.

PS.  When I enter a serial numbered contest late Sunday afternoon, I send
001, not NNA. We are supposed to be communicators, and that is the
appropriate thing to do.
