[WriteLog] CW numeric abbreviations

As a very mediocre CW operator that is what I've done for years.  I've never 
lost a Q or had this practice questioned by a contest log checker for doing it 
that way.

The answer is easy:
1)  Type A-N-T in the exchange box

2)  Press Enter ( insert, etc.) key

3)  Press the <TU-QRZ?> F-key.

Let the Cabrillo log robot sort it out.  Usually the contest rules call for
participants to log what was sent, not interpret it.

**Same steps above are involved when someone calls me sending with a #$%#$%
BUG!!!!  (who doesn't know how to use it....).
