[WriteLog] WL suggestions

It works on Kenwood radios, but not on others within WriteLog. I think that
everyone here is talking about Yaesu FT-1000MP(x) radios. There is a function
in the CAT commands to support it, but it's not implemented in WriteLog.

However, I agree it would be nice to have!
