My dealing with Ron as a vender and ham when I purchased Writelog has been
great. Nothing like problems you seem to be having. It would seem to me if
you are getting an answering machine and no response from Ron, then he
simply is not there. But, he does answer the phone and reply to mail when
he is.
I checked the 'secret' download site and got an immediate response, after I
corrected one minor type-o I made.
