[WriteLog] SIIG Quartet Serial 550 PCI Card: FSK Compliant

BlankI built the simple FSK circuit using a resistor and NPN transistor =
connected to a 9 pin com port.  It worked very well on the on-board =
built in com port.

It also works on the SIIG 4 port serial card.
